Lift Type Homogenizing Emulsifier – Upper Homogenizing

This model is a top homogenizer with double-way mixing. It is comprised of a water pot, oil pot, emulsifying pot, vacuum system, lifting system (optional), electric control system (PLC optional), operation platform, etc. It is mainly applied in such industries as daily chemical care products, biopharmaceutical industry, food industry, paint and ink, nanometer materials, petrochemical industry, printing and dyeing auxiliaries, pulp & paper, pesticide, fertilizer, plastic & rubber, electrics and electronics, fine chemical industry, etc. The emulsifying effect is more prominent for materials of high base viscosity and high solid content.

Attributes

  • The emulsifying pot lid adopts a lifting system, which is easy to clean and the cleaning effect is more obvious. The emulsifying pot can adopt tilt discharge.
  • The high speed rotor contributes to the homogeneous and even particles with over 99% uniformity.
  • A very small aperture between stator and rotor shall assure the effect of grinding, shearing, mixing and emulsifying of the material and avoid colliding and friction during the rotor rotates with high speed.
