Our Automatic Cotton Inserters – single or double-head, work at high speed with exceptional reliability, easy set-up and maintenance.

Starting with your chosen material roll, the machine automatically cuts it into individual pieces which are then shaped and inserted into the center of the bottle. Once the bottle is filled, the machine automatically releases the bottle and repeats the process again.
