CF-M 2000, 2500 series automatic capsule filling machine is the successor to the NJP-2000 series, designed with new attributes for enhanced all-round performance. Max output is 120,000 capsules/ hour for CF-M 2000 and 150,000 capsules/hour for CF-M 2500 machines.

Model E has the following characteristics:

  • Control system is provided with OPC Server.
  • Control system includes FDA CFR211 e-signature and e-recording for work monitoring purposes. Specific user accounts can be created for data and quality management.
  • Control system is provided with an industrial grade ethernet interface that connects with the OPC Client.
  • A high-capacity hard drive for data recording, meeting current GMP and FDA (Food and Drug Administration) standards.
